Refund policy
Here at Painted Sky Boutique, we strive to create a happy and fulfilling shopping experience! Sometimes pieces just don't work out like we had hoped. We certainly understand! Please take a minute to read over our policy we have in place for those times.
Return Policy:
- Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return once it's at our warehouse.
- Please keep in mind returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All items that qualify are eligible for return within 15 business days of them being delivered to you. Meaning your return must be shipped back out to us within those 15 days.
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them...unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no make-up stains or deodorant stains, no pet hair, must not smell like smoke or perfume and must not be altered in any way.
- Some items are non-returnable such as: ON SALE items, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, swimsuits, beauty products and home decor.
- ALL "Sale Items" are Final Sale and non-returnable. If a "sale" item is returned you will be invoiced to pay for the shipping cost to send the item back to you or you have the option to donate the item.
- You are limited to 3 returned items per month. If you return more than 3 items per month you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Include your packing slip with your return circling the item you are returning.This helps us tremendously! If the packing slip was not included please make a note of your order number in the return package.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.
- Our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
- Anything personalize is non-returnable.
- Unfortunately, we can not except returns for gift cards.
EXCHANGES:

We DO NOT take exchanges: Due to how quickly our items sell out, we cannot guarantee we will have what you need in stock.
DEFECTS:
- If you have received a defective item, please contact Painted Sky Boutique within 5 business days. If we are not notified within 5 business days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the defect in your email.
- We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, everyday wear and tear or improper care or handling.
STORE CREDIT:
- If you purchase from the WEBSITE- your store credit will be emailed to you, and might filter into your junk mail. So take a look there! In order to use the credit you will apply the code at checkout where it asks for codes and discounts.
- If you purchase from COMMENTSOLD APP- your store credit will be issued to your commentsold account, and you will find it at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
- If you cancel an item before it is shipped, we will issue you store credit.
