How Booking Works:

3. Once confirmed, your date is secured

How Pricing Works: Each Painted Sky Hat Bar experience is customized based on your event style and guest count.

Girls’ Night / Individual Purchases:
For events where guests purchase hats individually, a $150 non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve the date.
This retainer is applied as a host credit and may be used toward the host’s hat, upgrades, or adornments on event day.

Weddings, Showers & Fundraisers:
For hosted events where the organizer covers the cost, the $150 booking retainer is applied directly toward the final event invoice.

Final pricing is based on guest count and hat style.
Final guest count is required no later than 7 days prior to the event.
